NCN strives to prepare entrepreneurs for meetings with prospective investors. Through the NCN process detailed below, deals are efficiently exposed to the most relevant and appropriate investors in middle Tennessee. The NCN process is as follows:

1.  Entrepreneurs interested in accessing NCN must first complete the short Online Questionnaire in which they provide a brief overview of the company.

2.  Once submitted, the company overview will be reviewed by NCN staff.

3.  Ventures that are judged appropriate for the NCN review process will be asked to submit an executive summary and business plan.

4.  Once the executive summary is reviewed, entrepreneurs will receive constructive feedback from NCN staff regarding its content and format.

5.  Once the executive summary is approved, it will be distributed to network participants and members of NCN's advisory network. Through NCN's process, businesses will be able to efficiently and effectively reach the most qualified and relevant investors.

6.  Qualified ventures will be presented to a select group of individual angel investors who have indicated a willingness to invest in NCN opportunities.
